We’ll tell you what we can’t promise, too. These are homes on wooded land, so pollen and the usual Vermont seasonal allergens are outdoors here the same as anywhere. What we control is the interior: no pets, ever, and a clean, inspected space between every guest.

Wychwood Estate: two log cabins in Duxbury
Wychwood sits on ten private wooded acres in Duxbury. You reach it by the town-maintained Ward Hill dirt road, then a short shared private one. Two log cabins share the land, and both are strictly pet-free.
The Gardener’s Log Cabin sleeps four across two bedrooms, a queen and a loft with twins. Out on the covered porch there’s a cast-iron clawfoot soaking tub (seasonal), set against a cottage garden of wildflowers and lupines, with a fire pit carved into the hillside. Boyer Estate: two stays on the forest edge in Berlin
Boyer Estate is on the edge of Boyer State Forest in Berlin, with forest trails within walking distance and Montpelier just 12 minutes away. Two pet-free properties share the estate, plus an outdoor sauna offered as private reserved sessions with no overlap between guests.
