Good to know

The cottage includes a queen bed, a full bathroom, a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses and utensils, a small dining area that seats 2, a living space with a full sofa, arm chair, gas fireplace, and a Roku TV with guest mode where you can easily and temporarily sign-in to all of your personal streaming services. There is a designated work space with a desk and chair. If you have a small child we do have a pack and play available in the closet at all times. Enjoy a mountain view from the deck and feel free to enjoy the back yard where you'll find a private firepit and chairs. Heat and AC is controlled via a thermostat in the unit. A drip coffee maker is available along with complimentary packets of coffee grounds, tea bags, creamers and sugar. All bed sheets are 100% cotton. Room darkening and privacy sheer curtains throughout the unit. Bedside lamps feature USB charging ports. Towels are provided for guests. Liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available in the bathroom as well as rolls of toilet paper. Liquid dish soap, a new sponge, and a paper towels are available in the kitchen. Other Details to Note

The property is situated on a dirt road. During the winter months when there is snow on the ground or in early spring when it can be muddy, it is highly recommended to have a vehicle equipped with AWD/4WD and/or snow tires to ensure a safe and hassle-free arrival.

The perfect stay! From the beautiful decor and details to the incredibly soft towels, everything was immaculate. Plus, the location is great for exploring Montpelier and the surrounding areas. We would absolutely stay again and couldn't recommend it enough for a couple's weekend away.

The cottage is ideally located for visiting surrounding cities and different points of destination. We were met by Bradley and he was very helpful and friendly. The cottage itself, is cozy with rustic decor, a deck wirh chairs, and a fire pit. There is one big bed with very comfortable sheets and the pillows will definitely give you a good night's sleep. There is a flat screen Roku TV and the wifi is great. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to bake or cook, including a stove/oven, fridge, microwave, sink, etc. The coffee maker malfunctioned, but Bradley replaced it by the time we got back from visiting Montpelier. I'd definitely visit again and stay at one of Bradley's properties! He was a great host and it is well taken care of. Thx again Bradley!

The cottage was in a very peaceful location with plenty of space out back to relax by the fire. Bradley was very responsive and ensured that everything needed was provided before check-in. You can easily drive to town or the grocery store.

My husband and I chose this as a place to escape camping during a very cold, rainy week and we are so glad that we picked here. Not only is the cottage itself adorable, but the whole countryside surrounding us was just beautiful. We are from rural MN and this felt more like home to us than staying somewhere like Burlington, however it is not so remote that we couldn't find what we needed. If you are in search of anything food related, I cannot recommend the Falls General Store in Northfield enough! Bradley was super friendly, responsive, and proactive when we had questions. If you are looking for a cozy, private, peaceful place away from it all, please stay here!

Je voulais un endroit calme pour nous reposer sans enfants juste en amoureux nous vivons en campagne, donc ont ne voulais pas un logie en ville. L’endroit était calme et paisible avec le petit balcon et la vue c’était un endroit reposant. La petite maison de style antique était magnifique avec les meubles et mobilier rustique c’était vraiment beau à voir et très propre ont manquait de rien autant produit de bain que de vaisselle pour cuisiner. Je vais surment revenir!!
